Arctic Silver 5 Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound Paste 3.5g

A hobby builder recommended Arctic Silver to me a number of years ago. He used it in all of his gaming rigs. I have been using it ever since. It's the best heat transfer coupound that I have found. Make sure that you only use a portion the size of a grain of rice. That's the secret. Much easier to spread with a single edged razor blade before incerting on the mobo. Bill L

I brought this to fix my ps3 and it worked fine. Just use the1500 Watt Dual Temperature Heat Gun (572°/1112°) low heat for 5 min and make sure to heat the back of the green board. After 5min heat it on high power for 2 min and back to low power. Then let it cool off for 20min. Apply this compound but don't spread it out. put 5 dots and it will spread by itself when put back together.The ps3 graphics will make you smile after it fixed. Hope this review helped.
